Returns Policy

At Theo’s Little Toy Shop, we want you to be delighted with the toys you choose. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
 • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
 • In its original packaging
 • Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation)

To start a return, please contact us at helen@theoslittletoyshop.com We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
 • Gift cards
 • Sale or clearance items
 • Custom or personalised products

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the simplest option is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
